A “girl dinner” can consist of random snacks not actual dinners. In this trend, the girl dinners are never a real meal. But on the other hand “Boy dinner” consists of a drink and high protein. The reason for the high protein is to help build muscle, but yet it is a very bland meal. To get more into depth, this trend on Tiktok shows different dinners of what a boy or a girl eats.
