Automotive services include interior & exterior detailing, full detailing, clay bar treatments, and engine bay detailing.
Moreno began BearLawnCare during the unprecedented times of 2020. Moreno explains how his business was inspired by the unconditional support from his entrepreneurial uncle, “Something that inspired me to begin my business was my uncle. He’s someone I admire; he taught me a lot over the years. His support played a crucial role in launching my business, as he is one of my largest investors. Starting from humble beginnings, my uncle built a successful roofing company, now owning numerous properties and a collection of luxurious cars. His remarkable journey serves as a constant reminder of the potential for success through hard work and determination.”
Running BearLawnCare has been a great experience for Moreno, both professionally and emotionally. When asked about his favorite aspects of the business, he replied, “My favorite aspect of my job is undoubtedly engaging with customers. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to connect with others, as it allows me to break out of my shell and overcome my shyness.”
Like any business, BearLawnCare has had its ups and downs, but nonetheless, Moreno strives to push forward and achieve his full potential. “In striving for improvement, I acknowledge my past mistakes and appreciate the feedback that helps guide me in the right direction,” Moreno says. “It’s a learning process that I value deeply.” Alongside his ambition to improve, Moreno is also looking forward to expanding the success of BearLawnCare. Moreno is looking forward to providing his services in the bustling Bay Area, and even beyond our state of California.
Moreno concludes his interview with a message to aspiring entrepreneurs who are looking to pursue a successful business, just like him: “Some good advice is to always seek out new opportunities to learn and grow. Push yourself out of your comfort zone, knock on doors, speak to people. I wish I would’ve done it earlier. By consistently saving money, you can avoid both financial stress and the discomfort of relying on others for assistance. Personal belongings, like my lawnmower and truck, unexpectedly needed repair, thankfully, because I had saved, these situations were easily manageable. Setting fair prices and sticking to them is key to valuing yourself and your work. Don’t undervalue your skills in an effort to please others. Stand firm in your worth and know that the right customers will understand and appreciate your value. Don’t let fear or inexperience hold you back from what you deserve. Have confidence in your abilities and trust that there will always be opportunities waiting for you.”
