Have you ever wondered how many students play Brawl Stars at school?
Fifty percent of the school plays Brawl Stars based on a poll conducted to the student body.
Brawl Stars is an online multiplayer game with a third person point of view. It has multiple game modes with multiple objectives for each game mode. As the player progresses in the game, he/she unlocks new brawlers and gets new perks for the brawlers. The player also gets sprays and stickers for ranking up his/her characters. The player can also upgrade his/her brawler to get them to max stats and be the most powerful brawler in the game.
Many students admitted to playing Brawl Stars during class because they get unmotivated to do the work they are assigned to do. Most students play it during their breaks or lunch and don’t play as much at home because they have things to do at home like school activities, sports, or other school curricular.
Jessie Segovia (12) and Angel Hernandez (12) both stated that they “play it during class because school is boring or when you have a teacher who assigns a lot of work.”
According to the poll, the average Brawl Stars player plays it around 1 to 3 hours daily.
Cain Macias (12) stated that Brawl Stars is, “A convenient game to play to pass time.” He said this because most students play it whether they are bored or don’t understand the teacher’s lesson. Students find playing Brawl Stars as entertainment, causing many to not complete assignments.
David Rojas (12) said that he “plays it mostly at school than at home.”
Brawl Stars was developed and published by the Finnish video game company Supercell and released worldwide on December 12, 2018.
