Blood Drive Scheduled this Month
February 10, 2017
What’s a blood drive? A blood drive is also known as a blood donation where individuals give a pint of blood. The pint of blood is then used to save people’s lives. It is a life changing donation.
Some requirements for donors include good health, as well as a weight of at least 110 pounds.
It’s such an amazing thing to give blood. Students can take part in our annual blood drive on February 28, 2017. There will be more information and sign up information on the blood drive coming soon. Look for upcoming announcements.

Hey i have an update! The blood drive is a great cause and was very successful. Over a 100 students donated but like you said their were requirements that needed to be met to be able to donate and if those requirements were not met many students were turned away. Those who did donate blood got to experience how it feels to save 3 lives and 6 babies. People are in need of blood all the time due to diseases, transplants and tragic events. 1 out of every 3 people will need blood at least one in their life so donating blood is definitely useful.
