In the heart of downtown, Italia Bistro, a new coffee shop opened in 2024 of December. Italia Bistro isn’t just another coffee shop; what sets Italia Bistro apart is their commitment to the community.

Italia Bistro offers a variety of foods and drinks, from breakfast to lunch items like sandwiches and pastas. They are known for their coffee drink, Matcha Latte, but the shop also offer teas and iced signature beverages.

Manager Carolina said, “My goal for the coffee shop is to make people feel comfortable and I want it to be a good spot where people can just hang out.”

Italia Bistro is a special place that cares about making good coffee and being part of the town. She said, “A little tradition we do is for the holidays, like in December, we like to stay open late.”

The baristas with their friendly smiles and knowledge, are always ready to recommend the perfect blend or make a custom creation. The manager said, “The favorite as of right now is the pesto sandwich.” The busiest hours for the coffee shop are 7 a.m to 1 p.m. As of right now the Italia Bistro is not hiring anymore.

Staff member Ariana Franko said, “I’ve been there for about two months and I love the environment, they’ve never shamed me because it was my first job and they trusted the process with me.”

Biridiana Sandoval (12) said, “They recently added pasta to their menu, that’s why I went to try it and it was pretty good.” She recommends that in your free time try it out and you won’t be disappointed.
