Students Win Writing Awards

The following 10th grade students earned awards this year for the Merced County Office of Education Writing Festival. Their writing will be displayed at the Merced Mall throughout the second week of May and Mother’s Day weekend. Please congratulate them when you see them. We even had one student, Carlos Rueben Mendez, take home the gold in the category of Autobiographical Narrative, indicating that his story was the overall winner throughout Merced County.
