December 13, 2019
If you want to live a fit and healthy life, you have to stay dedicated and motivated every day to maintain a better diet. With the holidays upon us, there are a few tips to stay fit and what to eat throughout your day to get you started on this healthy journey.
If you want to lose weight fast and have a better physique, you would want to do a high intensity workout. This would be one way your body continues to burn fat hours after your workout. The biggest muscle group is your abs which consists of your obliques ads in the transverses abdominal. You incorporate your abs in with almost every workout you do, that is why it is important to have a strong core. Making sure you train hard and do the workouts with great form and not rush through them will improve your performance and see results faster.
Working out is only a part of having a healthy lifestyle. The food you eat is one of the most important aspects of a healthier life. Working out will do you no good if you are eating a sandwich or a hamburger right after. For example, you would want to eat a chicken breast cooked in vegetable oil, three boiled eggs, a whole-grain bread or salad as a side.
When you eat carbs, you want to make sure you are eating the right kind of cabs that are not the type that has a lot of trans fat. For instance, it is more beneficial eating whole grain bread instead of the white bread. There are right varieties of diet plans for you to choose that fits you best.
I personally am on a diet called intermittent fasting. This diet extends your time with eating and being well supplemented at the same time. For breakfast you would drink black coffee, at noon have your first meal, and your last meal by 8 p.m. This would allow you to fast for 16 hours and restrict your eating to an eight hour eating window. But when you are fasting, you want to eat a lot of the good stuff to fully supplement your body.
Resting is a very vital need for your body if you are working out on a regular basis. You will exhaust your body if you are not giving your body the rest it needs. Teenagers (14-17) need eight hours of sleep, adults (18-64) need 7-9 hours. Having a great amount of rest allows your muscles to heal from your workout. When you work out, you rip your muscles, so muscle fibers expanding your muscle size. Resting allows your muscles to replenish themselves.
Begin your journey with determination and dedication. Seeing results will motivate you to keep going.
