Wyatt Laguna, Staff Reporter

Have you liked what you’ve read over the school year? Have you ever thought about becoming more involved in school functions or even thought about pursuing a career in journalism?

If you said yes to any of those questions, journalism just found a home for you to thrive in and be as creative as possible in creating story ideas and writing articles. In journalism student requirement includes having a creative, free, and open mind for creating articles for LBHS readers. Also being self-motivated to find articles, seek out sources, and meet deadlines.  Being observant and listening to students also helps generate article topics.

Journalism isn’t just all business the occasional potlucks can bring a delicious surprise for all the classmates. Journalism is also a great way to improve your writing, spelling, and social skills that will be useful for everyday life encounters.

If any of the following seems pleasing to your liking, then you might find yourself signing for journalism next year.  See Mrs. McCullough for questions or interest in the class.
