If you have any interest in watching the movie, Annabell Comes Home, this article will contain some spoilers.

Annabelle Comes Home came out June 26 of this year. This movie serves as a sequel to the previous two movies Annabelle (2014) and Annabelle: Creation (2017). However, the newest movie does not have any of the same characters from the previous two movie; there are all new characters and cast. McKenna Grace (Judy Warren), Madison Iseman (Mary Ellen, babysitter), Vera Farmiga (Lorraine Warren), Patrick Wilson (Ed Warren) and Katie Sarife (Daniela) all star in this movie as the main characters. Despite a new cast, all the Annabelle movies come together in a way to tell the story of Annabelle.

Annabelle Comes Home takes place in the Warren’s home. The Warrens are supernatural investigators who are based on real people.  Annabelle is also based on a real doll and is said to be haunted according to the Warrens. In the movie Annabelle is a really creepy doll, but in real life she is just a Raggedy Ann doll. In the movie the Warrens took Annabelle away from these girls who Annabelle was previously haunting and tormenting. The Warrens placed Annabelle inside a blessed box among other haunted things inside their basement with heavily locked doors. The Warrens go out of town leaving their daughter Judy with her babysitter Mary Ellen. Mary Ellen invites Daniela, a friend of hers to visit for a while. Daniela was interested in ghosts and haunted items and was determined to get into the Warren’s room of haunted objects. She managed to get the key and unlocks the room. She unknowingly unleashes Annabelle when trying to get in contact with her dead father. With Annabelle free the terror built slowly but things went downhill quickly during night time. Annabelle is very powerful in the movie and managed to awake everything in that room which would haunt the girls the entire night time.

I would recommend this movie if you are looking for a good scare/ horror movie. The movie was really good. I personally love horror movies and at some parts I was scared. A part I enjoyed was when Annabelle managed to get herself alone with Judy while she was asleep.  Judy was awoken from her leg being pulled by Annabelle. When Judy woke up, Annabelle had transformed herself into a demon. Another favorite part of mine was when Daniela got locked in the room with all the haunted stuff. There was a TV that showed what would happen before it actually happened. I found this really cool and intriguing. There were many scenes in the movie that made me sit on the edge of my seat, curious to know what’s going to happen next. Overall this movie did a really good job with the scares and with bringing all the ghosts/demons to life.
