Tom Brady does it again

Tom Brady has just defeated the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs in the Superbowl.  He threw three touchdown passes and became Superbowl MVP for the fifth time in his career throwing three touchdown passes and leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to their 2nd Superbowl title and his 7th ring.

This milestone is monumental, and this man has made history.  Tom Brady individually has more NFL Superbowl wins then all franchises have on their own. He even has more than popular franchises such as the San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys with five Superbowl wins, and New England Patriots who share first place with the Pittsburgh Steelers for most Superbowl rings out of all the franchises with six rings.

What is even more incredible about this fact is that Tom Brady is still defeating the talented and defending champions the Kansas City Chiefs led by Patrick Mahomes, the biggest star in the NFL and on another team that is not New England, is the fact that he is 43 years old.

Brady´s retirement has been speculated since the beginning of this season, since many believe father time would eventually catch up to him. Yet Tom Brady defied expectations and made history. The NFL is filled with so many young and talented  quarterbacks who heavily rely on athleticism, while Brady clearly is so comfortable and confident with his abilities has made him a champion once again even though Tom Brady was paired with Rob Gronkowski, who came out of retirement as his tight-end he has relied for many years.

Tom Brady has become such a household name and well known that he is arguably the most popular football star of all time. He has the most Super Bowl rings and is without a doubt the best quarterback of all time. Many already felt he was the best of all time already but winning the 7th Superbowl win makes him the unanimous G.O.A.T. The fact that Brady won this Super Bowl against the defending champions the Chiefs who have one of the most talented roster in history only adds more to his already impressive resume.

It is expected for Brady to play another couple seasons, if he will continue to have his friend Rob Gronkowski play is something that is up in the air. These recent decades have given fans some of the most talented quarterbacks the NFL has ever seen in Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers just to name a few. Yet Brady is the most famous and most successful in history.

I believe Tom Brady will go for eight rings and retire after another Superbowl win putting him in even a higher pedestal, making him untouchable.  I believe that will be enough to make Brady hang up his cleats.
