Greetings! The name is Oliver Galvan Mauricio. It is a privilege to be in my first year of Journalism in my Junior year. I am excited and looking forward to working alongside my fellow friends and colleagues both in Journalism and the school in general. I decided to take this class because I like to try out new things and I feel that challenges can help you develop new skills as well as display what you can do. There are a wide variety of hobbies I enjoying doing: running, riding my bike, writing, drawing, studying foreign languages and their cultures and video games. I also love food, especially Mexican food. I am Mexican-American and am proud of my roots, as I consider it special and find no reason to be ashamed of it. So many things have changed this year, but I have not. And so, despite the current circumstances, I keep my head up knowing that a solution will come and look forward to a shining future!
